How do I apply for a property?
Open the listing and click Apply Now. Complete the application and registration form, then choose Register & Submit Application. Your account is created, you are signed in, and you go to your dashboard.
Who reviews my application?
Admin reviews each application. Status moves from Submitted to Under Review, then Approved or Rejected.
How do I track my application?
After you apply, you land on your dashboard. Open My Application, Application Status, Messages, and Notifications anytime by logging in with the username you created on the apply form.
How do I save or compare homes?
Use the heart and compare icons on any card. Saved Properties and Compare Properties live in the header.
Can I post a property?
Owners sign in and use Post Property. If you are not an owner yet, send a listing request from that page.
Which currencies are supported?
Prices are stored in USD and can be displayed in USD, EUR, or SOS from the header.
